Map and policy information
A note about our rates: The prices we quote will be the price you pay when you rent the item (plus 5% Indiana sales/use tax, if applicable). We DO NOT have any hidden charges that will be added on when you come in to rent the item. We do not charge a damage waiver, service fee, environmental fee or assess a cleaning charge. Please keep this in mind when you check rates from our competitors.
HOURS: Our hours are from 7 am until 5:30 pm Monday through Friday. Closed Sunday and all major holidays.
IDENTIFICATION: Picture identification and proof of current address are required.
INSURANCE: The customer is completely responsible for rented items after they leave our yard until they are returned and checked in. Our insurance does not cover equipment while it is in your possession. Contact your agent for coverage.
PAYMENT: All rentals are cash in advance unless a commercial account has been established. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, MAC cards and checks are welcome.
DELIVERY: Items we are requested to haul are charged a delivery fee of $36.00 per hour. We charge from the time our truck leaves the yard until it returns.
FUEL: All items leave our yard full of fuel. You may return the item full, or we will fill it and charge accordingly.
DAMAGE: The customer is responsible for any damage caused from misuse, abuse or loss of equipment.
METERED EQUIPMENT: Rental charges are based on 8 hours of use during a 24 hour period, 40 hours of use during a 7 day week period, and 160 hours during a 4 week period. If the allowable hours are exceeded, a meter charge will be added to the contract.
TIRES: The customer is responsible for all tire damage or flats.
Rate Information
1 day = 24 hours of possession (except on Saturday)
1 week = 7 consecutive days of possession
4 weeks = 28 consecutive days of possession
We are located right behind Eastland Mall between Green River and Stockwell Roads. From the Lloyd Expressway, turn north on Stockwell, turn immediately right on Division Street Auto Plaza, go 1 block to Congress and turn left. We are the 4th building on the left.
